Uttarakhand Deendayal Upadhyaya Cooperative Farmer Welfare Scheme to Provide Agriculture Loan Scheme at 2% Interest – उत्तराखंड दीनदयाल उपाध्याय सहकारिता किसान कल्याण योजना 2% ब्याज पर कृषि ऋण योजनाState Government of Uttarakhand has started Deendayal Upadhyaya Cooperative Farmer Welfare Scheme for small and marginal farmers of the state. This is an agricultural loan scheme which will provide a loan of upto Rs 1 lakh to the farmers of the state at a rate of 2%. Farmers living in the border areas can also take advantage of this scheme.The Declaration of Kisan Kalyan Yojana for Deen Dayal Upadhyaya was announced by the Uttarakhand Chief Minister on November 18, 2017, the 18th raising day of the state. Eligible farmers can return the loan within a period of 3 years. Payment of loan amount will not be levied after 1 year, the agreement fee will be levied on the farmers.However, this scheme will help strengthen the rural economy and transfer the hill areas to work. This agricultural loan scheme will also help in improving the financial condition of the farmers. The State Government will organize several camps to distribute the loan amount in the form of checks.Objective of Deendayal Upadhyay Cooperative Farmer Welfare SchemeThe State Government has informed that this scheme will fulfill the central government's vision to double the income of farmers by 2022. Using this scheme, the interested farmers can set up small farm-based units in rural areas so that they can improve their living conditions.On this occasion, the Chief Minister gave a check of about 4,300 checks among the farmers and besides, a check of Rs. 1 lakh was also given by officials in Dehradun to about 15,000 marginal farmers. For each female police band and anti-terror squad, the government has also distributed cash award of Rs. 5000.The Government has informed that he has constituted the Rural Development and Transfer Commission to strengthen the rural economy. Uttarakhand is the 5th state of the country where DBT scheme has been started under a central funded initiative. So far, the central government has issued subsidy of 75 lakh crore for the farmers. The Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme will help the farmer to buy fertilizers. The subsidy will be deposited directly into the bank account of the farmer.Apart from this, the farmer will get the soil health card to check soil soil so that they can use seeds, fertilizers or pesticides as per the requirement of soil. Apart from this, around 2.5 lakh people who can not be covered under Ujjwala scheme will be covered soon and free kitchen gas connections will also be provided. – Birth/Death Registration Portal Chennai, Tamil Nadu

The Directorate of Public Health (DPH) Chennai, Tamilnadu has launched a new portal as to making Death / Birth Registration certificate online. This portal will be helpful to those all people who want to online apply death/birth certificate online. Here, people can also check the procedure of how to get death certificate online form this web portal. This initiative is the first time the state is set to open an integrated web portal for multiple local bodies.The common portal,, has been developed based on the module that is being used by Chennai corporation to provide birth and death certificates to its residents. According to an official, this integrated web portal has been developed under the central government’s civil registration system (CRS).Birth and death registrar said that few city corporations have their own web portals, all of them, including Chennai corporation portal will be integrated into the new website. However, the new service would not be extended to rural local bodies like village panchayats, panchayat unions and district panchayats through this portal.Residents of city corporations and municipalities across the state will be able to take death/birth certificates online through this web portal.The Directorate of Public Health (DPH) has decided to roll out the new facility before the end of this month, as the training sessions for the birth and death registrars of various local bodies are completed at this new portal.
